Who we are
Stichting Cultined, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 24445618, is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions: info@cultined.org.
What we collect and why
When you fill in a form, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, e-mail address, age and city. We use them only to answer you and to arrange your participation. Participants in EU-funded activities are registered in the systems the European Commission requires.
Who processes your data
Forms run on Zoho Forms, e-mail on Google Workspace and this website is hosted by Wix. We have agreements with these providers. We never sell personal data.
The chat on this website
Messages in the chat window go through our chat service on Cloudflare to our team in Telegram. An automatic assistant (Workers AI from Cloudflare) writes the first answer, using only the information on this website; Cloudflare does not use these messages to train AI and does not keep them after answering. Chat messages are deleted after 30 days on Cloudflare and in your browser; in our team's Telegram group they stay until we delete them. Name and e-mail are optional. Please do not send passport, health or bank details in the chat.
Photos and stories
Sharing the results of our activities is part of every EU-funded project. During activities we take photos and videos and collect stories and quotes. We share them on our website, on social media, with partners and in reports to the National Agency and the European Commission. Taking part in an activity means you accept this, and we ask you to agree when you apply. We do this based on our legitimate interest and our duties under the EU programmes. We never publish contact details or sensitive information, and we never sell photos or videos. For participants under 18, a parent or guardian agrees. If you have a serious reason, such as your safety, contact us at info@cultined.org.
How long we keep it
We keep data no longer than needed for the activity and for the period the EU programme rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Send your request to info@cultined.org. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
